For week 28 we're making the Pornstar Poppyseed. Poppyseeds have earned their place in the pastry game. With their deep nutty flavour and a slight crunch. They are slightly bitter which complements the sweetness. We’re not making a sweet loaf however. We’re going after the nuttiness and texture to lift up the loaf. This is why we’ll be adding some sesame and some millet to the loaf as well. Expect a soft and juicy loaf with a nice crunch from the seeds and a poppy covered crust.

Mixing by heart and tweaking recipes as we go, the pictures might not completely match the bread you'll receive. Put your faith in the hands of the baker.
