Come to our bakery and learn from our bakers how to make (better) sourdough bread at home. During this workshop we go through all the steps of the process: mixing, shaping, rising and baking. You will learn about the starter as well as variations in flour and additions such as seeds, and other ingredients that you can add to your dough.
During this workshop you will learn everything to make good and wholesome sourdough bread. You will receive everything you need to get started yourself. There will be sufficient depth in this course for the advanced home baker, but the workshop are also suitable for beginners.
Our sourdough culture, proving basket, dough scraper, recipes and of course a baker's lunch with various breads and croissants.

Workshops are in English. Make sure to bring a big bag to bring all goodies home.
